Mayor Brandon Johnson releases a transition report with suggestions for the future of the city

A 223-page transition report titled “A Blueprint for Creating a More Just and Vibrant City for All” was released last week by a transition team assembled by the newly elected mayor of Chicago, Mayor Brandon Johnson.
Mayor Brandon Johnson emphasized, ” This gathering is focused on Chicago, the largest city in the world, and its evolution at the publication of the committees’ final transition report on Thursday.
Mayor Brandon Johnson already discussed how its public safety portion would further worsen Chicago’s crime issue. But that is by no means the worst part of the study. It also did a very poor job of outlining a housing plan.

Mayor Brandon Johnson‘s 11 transition committees, made up of close to 400 individuals from various backgrounds, produced a 223-page report titled “Building Bridges and Growing the Soul of Chicago: The document, titled “A Blueprint for Creating a More Just and Vibrant City for All,” included several suggestions for his administration.
